Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, fobet will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

11. Children's Privacy

The fobet Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. fobet does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If fobet becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that account will be immediately suspended and the data will be deleted in accordance with fobet's data disposal procedures.

If you believe that a minor has registered on fobet, please contact fobet's support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

fobet's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where fobet engages service providers whose systems are located outside the Philippines — such as certain cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity providers — fobet ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations.

Such safeguards may include contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard data protection clauses, or transfers to jurisdictions that the NPC has recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection. fobet will not transfer your personal data to a foreign jurisdiction without ensuring that your data rights are adequately protected.

13. Policy Updates

fobet reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, fobet will notify registered users via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account, and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy.

Your continued use of the fobet Platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. If you do not agree with any updated Policy, you may request account closure in accordance with fobet's Terms & Conditions.
