You agree to promptly notify fobet of any changes to your registration information. fobet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
fobet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fobet account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify fobet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your fobet account. fobet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on fobet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). fobet supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, B DO, and Metrobank. fobet does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as specified in the Platform's payment information section, which may be updated from time to time. fobet does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which fobet accepts no responsibility.

All content on the fobet Platform — including but not limited to the fobet name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of fobet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any fobet content without fobet's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fobet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fobet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if fobet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
fobet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fobet accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond fobet's reasonable control.
fobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fobet determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for legal, regulatory, or risk management reasons.
Upon termination of your account for cause, fobet may forfeit any bonus balances held in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to fobet's verification and anti-money laundering procedures, unless forfeiture is required by law or regulation.
You may close your fobet account at any time by contacting fobet's support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
fobet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, fobet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and fobet, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
